Unit 3 reading 1
Unit 3 Reading 1
1] What advice would you give to people beginning their first job?
= I’ve never had a regular job, but I’ve had a few part- time jobs.
At first, you have to learn modestly and always do your best with relationships with every person and your work.
Then, you will have good results.
2] Do you think women and men have different difficulties when they start a new job? If so, what are they?
= Unfortunately, my answer is yes. Women and men have a lot of different difficulties. For example, women have an ability to solve a problem carefully. On the other hand, men have the greater physical power so that they can carry heavier weight. As a result, men and women are equal although different. However, when they have a job fitting them, they will have good results.
3] Do people who work in an office have different problems than people who do other kinds of work? If so, how are the challenges different?
=People who work in an office share the work with each other. There are beginners and experts in their office. If so, the beginners can be ignored by experts because they are not as good at their work as the experts.
